The Robert G. Kuhn Building at Trinity Western University (TWU) is the new home of the university’s school of business. The building is the first major project on the campus in nearly 40 years, and is designed to be a new gateway building at the campus entry that would set the standard for future spaces.
Mechanical systems conceptualized and designed by Raymond include heat recovery heating and cooling units, ultra high efficiency energy recovery ventilators, demand control ventilation system, and dedicated reversible atrium HVAC system. Energy efficiency level is is expected to be LEED Gold equivalency level. Chorus Consulting Inc. is currently performing post-occupancy HVAC construction deficiency review scope of this building for TWU.
