This social housing rental apartment building project was built to BC Housing standards and is LEED Gold certified. The building was designed with condensing boilers, ceiling recessed fan coil units, suite HRV and other innovative features at the time of design.
Raymond was the mechanical lead for this building while at MCW Vancouver.
